Trains, planes and TSA

Everyday is another spike in a railroad tie. The course of mylife is coming; relentlessly bound to the earth below it. As I observe each bit of track being laid in front of me, all I see are the places the track can’t go. Soon, so much will be in place that I am afraid I won’t be able to choose my own way. I know the track provides comfort and stability, but I can’t help feeling like a passenger in my own life.

Relinquished to observe as time rolls on.
